The gift of fertility yoga can lead us step by step back to our innate cyclical wisdom. When we align with the wisdom of our bodies we can create a far more welcoming womb space for our babies and the pregnancy we wish to invite in.

We’ll work with therapeutic and deeply healing breath and movement tools that support menstrual, womb and pelvic health and create an environment where you can fully relax and let go into the support and trust of your body.
